This charming holiday home in Salling offers a lovely combination of comfort and functionality. The house, built in 1995, covers an area of 89 square meters and is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. Situated on a large natural plot of 1275 square meters, it offers plenty of space for both play and relaxation. With only 300 meters to the Limfjord, it is ideal for those who want to enjoy the maritime life.
Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen with modern facilities such as a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 100 liters. There is also a dishwasher, so cleaning becomes a breeze after meals. The kitchen is open and inviting, making it a natural gathering place for family and friends.
The holiday home has three cozy bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom, which is located in the house's annex, is equipped with a travel bed - perfect for children. There is also room for two extra beds in the loft, making the house ideal for larger families or groups. For the youngest guests, there is also a a high chair and a cot available.
The bathroom is bright and functional with a shower and toilet, and the guest toilet in the annex ensures that it is never cold in the mornings. For the cooler evenings, you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove, while the energy-saving heat pump, which can also function as air conditioning, ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
