Family home by white sand beach in Gotland

You will love this family home, which the previous owner built and lived in year-round. With open fireplaces and candlelight in winter, light and airy in summer—there is a very special, welcoming feeling here that is perfect for larger families or friends who enjoy spending time together.



The interior is a mix of flea market finds and family heirlooms, creating a personal and cozy atmosphere. Please note that there is one bathroom in the main house plus an outhouse, which is best suited for families with teenagers who are not as particular about amenities.



The garden is simple and easy to maintain, with an outdoor table, barbecue, and plenty of sunny spots. In the field next door, there are raspberry, gooseberry, and currant bushes that you are welcome to pick from, and the lawn between the houses is perfect for badminton or kubb. Down by the sea, there is a small fire pit.



The best thing about it is the location: hidden among the pine trees just outside a harbor village with everything you need. The sea is literally on your doorstep, with a white sandy beach that you often have all to yourselves. A barefoot walk through the pine forest takes you down to the beach and the jetty for your morning dip.
