Welcome to this charming summer house in Valleviken, perfectly positioned to catch all the hours of sunshine and adorable sunsets. It offers a unique lake location with direct access to a cozy swimming area just two minutes walk away.

The main house offers a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a living room flooded with natural light. Three bedrooms with a total of seven beds make it an ideal retreat for both large and small parties. A guest house with a double bed and private terrace offers further privacy.

The large plot is an oasis with 3000 square meters of meadow, windswept pines and lush fruit trees. A secluded paradise where you can relax and let the children run free.

The area around the house is rich in experiences. Take a short walk to Valleviken's seafood restaurant or spend a day on Ihreviken's sandy beach. For the adventurous, Fårö is a short drive away, a perfect destination for a day trip.
