You will find this newly renovated vacation home overlooking the North Sea, where the coastline unfolds in all directions. From the kitchen-living room with vaulted ceilings, you can follow the changing faces of the sea while enjoying breakfast or relaxing by the wood-burning stove.
The heart of the house is the bright kitchen-dining room, where the wood-burning stove provides warmth on cool evenings. The three bedrooms are decorated in a seaside hotel style, and there is extra sleeping space in the loft. In the bathroom, a spa and sauna await after long walks along the coast. The new kitchen from 2025 has everything you need.
The new terraces offer different experiences: a private sun terrace sheltered behind the house, where you can also enjoy the fire pit. Behind the sun terrace, stairs lead up to the new panoramic terrace, with a beautiful view of the entire area. Here, the coast and the North Sea stretch out to the horizon. The 400 m² natural plot is located in the hilly landscape, only 250 meters from the beach.
The town of Lønstrup is a 5-minute drive away with artisans and cafes, or take the 15-minute walk along the water. Skallerup Seaside Resort is 10 minutes away, and in the summer you will find a small grocery store 250 meters from the house. The sea calls every day.
