This charming holiday cottage is situated in the scenic and popular Harrerenden area, just a short walk from the lively town of Lønstrup. The open-plan kitchen and living area create a bright and inviting space, featuring modern Danish furnishings and a cozy wood-burning stove. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms and a mezzanine, perfect for families or groups. The cottage offers two bathrooms, one of which includes a whirlpool and sauna for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker hood, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine, making self-catering simple and convenient. The interiors combine functionality with style, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. Outside, multiple terraces face east, south, and west, with part of them covered for versatile outdoor living. A 1,000 m² natural plot features grass and low shrubs as a fence, along with a buried trampoline (use at own risk/insurance). A garden grill and playground items complete the outdoor setup, offering entertainment and relaxation for both adults and children in a peaceful, non-smoking holiday home setting.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
