About this house rental

Nestled in a picturesque valley in the Umbrian hills, this 18th-century farmhouse was meticulously restored in 2020, combining historic architecture with modern eco-friendly comforts. Solar energy and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay in every season.

The 290 m² interior is spread over two floors, where handcrafted furniture blends with antique terracotta floors. The house offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and several living spaces, including a professional kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a modern wing with a games room.

The 3,000 m² enclosed garden welcomes you with a natural saltwater swimming pool reminiscent of a pond. Eight French doors create a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors, while the shed contains games for the little ones and tree climbing equipment.

A short distance away you will find the medieval village of Parrano, the mysterious Tane del Diavolo (Devil's Caves) and the surreal Scarzuola. The Monte Peglia Park offers opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and wildlife watching, while Lake Trasimeno and the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni are perfect for relaxing days.
