About this house rental
1 hour from Paris, 25 minutes from Fontainebleau, in the heart of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated after two years of work. Antique objects, natural materials and soft colors create a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The house has a large convivial kitchen, a living room with wood stove and piano, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, and two bathrooms. Private terrace and garden with a view of the fields.
The accommodation

25 minutes from Fontainebleau, Bourron Marlotte, 20 minutes from Moret sur Loing, in the calm of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this old farmhouse has come back to life after two full years of renovation.
Every detail has been carefully thought out: antique objects, natural materials, soft and bright colours... Today, the house offers a peaceful, warm atmosphere. A refuge for those who dream of nature and tranquillity.
The large family kitchen that doubles as a dining room invites you to share long meals.
The living room, with its wood stove and piano, is the perfect place to snuggle up by the fire, read, listen to music or simply enjoy the silence of the countryside.
Facing the two large windows: the fields and the countryside as far as the eye can see.
The 4 bedrooms:
The house can comfortably accommodate families & friends with children:
• 1 large master suite with bathroom
• 2 bedrooms with bed 160×200
• 1 bedroom with two beds 80×200
A second bathroom completes the set.

The house has its own terrace and independent garden, guaranteeing privacy and serenity.
At the front of the house, a large courtyard that can accommodate 2 or 3 cars with an open barn. the house is closed by a large gate.

Only lunches or dinners in small groups are accepted, in respect of the neighborhood and the tranquility of the place.

Please note that we provide sheets and towels for all rooms as they are 35cm cap sheet covers. They are included in the price.
BABY SITTING
For parents staying with children, we can put you in touch with a trusted person who holds a BAFA.
They can intervene at home to look after your babies and children, during the day and in the evening.
Price: €15 per hour (to be paid directly on site to the babysitter).
EARLY / LATE CHECK-OUT
If you want an early check-out (arrival before 4:00 p.m.) or a late check-out check-out (leave the house after 11am), do not hesitate to let us know when you make your reservation.
It is 30 euros for each request. Early and Late ckeck out
This money will be requested as soon as you enter the premises OR requested via Airbnb which avoids a handover of the money in person.

TAXI GARE
We can provide a "taxi" service to pick you up at the train station of Nemours or Moret Veneux Les Sablons (direct train in 46 minutes from Gare de Lyon in Paris) => 20 minutes maximum from the house. Price on request and to be paid on site with our partner

We can recommend a restaurant that we know very well: Le Jardin des Lys, located in Moret-sur-Loing.
They offer delicious dishes and menus to take away:
Starter / main course or main course / dessert: 24 €

Delivery is not available, but the charming village of Moret-sur-Loing is really worth a visit, a great opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk!
