The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, Wi Fi, laundry, central AC, and a private pool. Resort amenities include a water park, lazy river, and fitness center.

• Dining & Relaxation: Enjoy drinks at the Tiki bar, savor a meal at the resort's restaurant, or relax in private poolside cabanas.

SIMPLIFIED CHECK-IN:

• Our check-in process is 100% self-service. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the full address along with a digital guide, including your door code. No keys, no hassle—even for late-night arrivals.



COMMUNITY ACCESS:

• To issue the QR codes required for gate entry, we kindly ask guests to send the full names of all drivers before arrival. Once registered, each driver will receive access authorization for smooth and easy entry into the community.



OPTIONAL SERVICES:

• To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer additional services available for an extra fee, including pool and jacuzzi heating (if applicable), barbecue grill use, propane gas, and a baby package (crib, high chair, and stroller). Just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you.



EARLY CHECK-IN | LATE CHECKOUT:

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional fee starting from $50 may apply, depending on the requested time.



PET FEE:

• Pets are welcome! Simply include your pet in the reservation, and the applicable fee will be automatically applied.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

• We provide a small welcome kit to get you started. If you need additional supplies or extra towels during your stay, we can provide them for an additional cost.



HOUSEKEEPING:

• This is a private home, not a hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included. The home will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we can arrange it for an additional fee.



RESORT GUIDELINES:

• To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow all resort rules, which are set and enforced by the local administration. Any issues related to common areas (pools, gym, etc.) are managed by the resort.
