Newly Remodeled Shorebirds 64 Building B Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views, Comfort, and Fun for Everyone
This top floor condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes. It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeping 6. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This northwest facing unit is located on the 3rd floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine. It’s one of the few homes that has a loft area with additional seating. It’s perfect for watching amazing sunsets and listening to the calming sounds of the waves.
The primary bedroom includes a King bed. The second bedroom features a Queen and trundle bed that can sleep 2. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a second, 37-inch flat screen TV. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.
The kitchen includes a full refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. It comes fully stocked with utensils, plates and bowls. A Keurig single serve and also 12 cup drip coffee machines, toaster and blender as well.
This unit includes sand toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets with tennis balls, a pickle ball set, frisbee and football. There’s also a wide array of games.
The Shorebirds resort is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts.
Ideally located on the coast, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries and restaurants.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and make sure door is securely locked
Clean and put away any remaining items that don’t fit in dishwasher • Place all trash and recyclables in the bins located in the shed in the parking lot • Turn off all appliances (including heaters)
Leave beds unmade and towels on the racks or floor of the bathrooms • Return furniture and other items to their original positions

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well taken care of. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, tablewear, spices, & other useful items like ziplock baggies etc. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better, the view was awesome and we even saw whales this morning while enjoying our coffee on the deck. Talk about ambiance!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach condo! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. This place has everything you need and the view is simply stunning! All the furniture was comfy - beds, couches, and the balcony furniture was nice and clean with great cushions! Easy walk down to the beach. Hardly anyone there - this place is a hidden gem! We were thankful for the beach chairs and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances. They even have travel coffee mugs and a good hair dryer with a diffuser! On our way back from a morning at Pinnacles NP, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at tacos al fuego in Watsonville - super cute spot with other options at an area called Watsonville Hangar. Thank you, Cory and Nicole, for a great stay! We hope to be back someday! :)
