About this apartment rental

Pelican 80 has two decks and water views from all the windows of this 3 bedroom condo. The living room will offer views of the breaking waves, flocking pelicans, and the Pajaro River. The River water is still and makes for a wonderful location for the pelicans to call home. The living room is large and well-staged along with the kitchen and dining room. There are two decks at this condo. One connects the living room and master bedroom, equipped with patio furniture, and the other off the dining room.
Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican Point condos.

The condo was perfect for a family beach get away. The views were spectacular, there was plenty of space and accommodated the entire family at the dinner table and family room seating. Everything was very clean and included all amenities as described. I would 100% re/book for future beach stays.

One and only vacation for this summer in Pajaro Dunes P80. We made wonderful memories and hope to return someday to create more!

Overall, property was adequate; however it needed some TLC and updating. Patios had old wood with nailheads protruding up which caught our feet (no injuries luckily) and railing coming apart at corner. Old popcorn ceiling w/ kitchen fluorescent lighting having bugs in the canned mount. Walls needed touch up with a coat of paint. Master bathroom shower door needed cleaned. Kitchen cabinets and counters had some ā€œdingsā€ from use since probably 1970. Furniture was good. Would we stay there again? Probably not.
