Surrounded by a lush garden of citrus and tropical fruits, this eco-friendly villa offers you an oasis of tranquility just a few steps from the sea. Its privileged location, just 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto, makes it perfect for your vacation in Sicily.
The villa has been designed for maximum comfort: bedrooms with ergonomic mattresses, a sun veranda for moments of relaxation, and a heated swimming pool that can be used all year round. The interiors, equipped with smart TVs and dishwashers, are complemented by spaces dedicated to children, including games and equipment.
The garden is a true natural paradise where you can personally pick an incredible variety of organic seasonal fruits, from oranges to mangoes, figs to avocados. The presence of farm animals, including a cute donkey and chickens that provide fresh eggs every day, adds a touch of authenticity to the experience.
From here, you can easily explore the treasures of southeastern Sicily: the Baroque town of Noto with its golden palaces, the charming fishing village of Marzamemi, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve with its pristine beaches. For foodies, the towns of Modica and Scicli offer unforgettable culinary experiences.
The fee for use and heating of the pool from October 1 to April 30 is included in the rental price.
