Inside, the apartment includes a comfortable living area, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bathroom and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. WiFi is provided, although mobile reception can be limited inside the apartment, so guests are encouraged to connect to the WiFi after arrival.
The private balcony gives you an easy place to unwind between Cairns adventures, while the resort grounds offer plenty of space to relax outdoors. Guests can enjoy shared facilities including four swimming pools, including a lap pool, BBQ areas, spa pool, toddler playground, tennis court, basketball hoop court and landscaped gardens. Two tennis rackets are provided for guest use.
The apartment includes one secure undercover allocated parking space for a standard vehicle. The parking bay number will be shared in the check-in instructions. There is no dedicated workspace, and pets are not permitted.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
