CasaSol is not your typical beach house. It's a spacious, bright villa over three levels, full of character, tastefully furnished and designed for truly enjoying your stay, not just for sleeping near the beach.
The house
The interiors are generous and well laid out across three levels, with an open staircase connecting the floors and a large, airy living area fully open to the sea. Light comes in from every side and moves throughout the day: early morning, afternoon, sunset. Every hour has its own atmosphere.
The villa has two fully equipped kitchens, a real advantage for large groups or families who want to organise themselves independently while still spending time together. Air conditioning throughout.
The bedrooms
3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. CasaSol sleeps up to 8 guests in total.
The rooftop terrace
The top floor of the villa is a world of its own, with the sea, the coastline and the mountains right in front of you. It's the perfect spot for a sunset aperitivo, where every day ends and where nobody is in a hurry to come back down.
Outdoors
Private pool in the garden, barbecue area and green spaces to relax outside. Available from 1 April to 31 October.

Alcamo Marina, on the north-western coast of Sicily. Just 3 km away is Castellammare del Golfo, one of the most beautiful seaside towns on the island, with its harbour, fresh seafood restaurants and the Aragonese castle overlooking the sea. For those who want to explore, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve are less than 20 minutes away, and San Vito Lo Capo about 45.
