In the center of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron small house with quiet garden

Recently renovated, comfortable house with garden and terrace, ideally located in the heart of Île d'Oléron, in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 2 minutes from the charming pedestrianized shopping street of Saint-Pierre, the island's capital, and its covered market. The house comprises a modern fitted kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. A dining area with an extendable high table and bar stools. Two bedrooms: A master bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and thermostatic tap. A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). The 2 bedrooms overlook a quiet, tree-lined courtyard. The 3rd bedroom is a mezzanine area equipped with an 80x200 cm mattress. It is accessible via a ladder. This is a cabin-style space ideal for adventurous children between 6 and 12 years old. We provide duvets and pillows, but bed linen is NOT provided. Bed linen can be rented upon reservation: €20 per bed per stay. A second modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and thermostatic faucet completes the space. Bath towels can be rented (they are NOT provided): €10 per person per stay. In the living room, there is a flat-screen LED TV with streaming. Highlights: A beautiful south-facing terrace with a garden, shaded by a lovely peach tree, perfect for enjoying meals and soaking up the sun (a rare find in the heart of Saint Pierre d'Oléron). The accommodation features two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and toilet, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom for added comfort. Two classic adult bicycles (one women's and one men's) are provided free of charge, allowing you to take advantage of the many nearby cycle paths (over 140 km of trails on the island). First beach less than 10 minutes away by car, and about 15 minutes by bike. The location and tranquility of the house, although located 2 minutes from the main street of Saint-Pierre, the house is very quiet as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded area. The brightness of the accommodation, the house faces south and has many windows. We leave cleaning products on site: dish soap, a sponge, a cloth, floor cleaner, and trash bags. End-of-stay cleaning not included, cleaning fee of 90 euros. Self check-in is possible day or night thanks to a key box. When the owner is not present, check-in is very well organized. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Free parking is available nearby. Access by car is possible to drop off luggage and groceries, but parking is not permitted. Numerous shops and restaurants are located nearby. The market, open every day except Monday from April to September, is a 5-minute walk away.
