Waterside One is one of the most desirable complexes at the Lake of the Ozarks, known for its unbeatable location, incredible waterfront views, and convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Enjoy a relaxing lake escape at this beautifully updated first floor condo in Waterside One! With convenient elevator access and no-step entry, getting settled into vacation mode is easy from the moment you arrive.
One of the highlights of this condo is the oversized private patio featuring two separate seating areas and an outdoor TV — the perfect place to unwind while taking in the breathtaking unobstructed views of the lake and nearby state park. Inside, the living room opens beautifully to the patio with large double sliding glass doors, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. The condo features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stylish new furnishings throughout. Every bedroom includes a mounted flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and the living room offers a large flatscreen TV for cozy nights in.
The spacious master suite features private patio access, a California king bed, blackout shades, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers both a queen and twin bed — ideal for families or groups. A premium queen air mattress is also available upon request for additional sleeping space.
