Stay in the TOP FLOOR, EXECUTIVE PENTHOUSE “Sweet 503” located at the newest condominium at the Lake of the Ozarks. This stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse suite is perfect for executive trips, family gatherings, and luxury vacation seekers. Centrally located in Osage Beach, close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants (by land and water). This condo does NOT have a boat slip. Please inquire before booking to see if a boat slip is available for your dates. Relax and enjoy the majestic views over the Grand Glaize Bridge.
This luxury condo is brand new from the building to the furniture. Enjoy high quality accommodations at the Lake of the Ozarks and book our Penthouse “Sweet 503” today. Each bedroom has access to a private full bathroom. High tech TV and surround system in each room, even on the patio. Long day on the lake? Enjoy a massage from head to toe in the massage chair. Electric fireplace’s located in the living room and the patio. We have thought of everything from luxury sheets to upgraded fixtures, to high speed internet, and big screen TVs. Come pamper yourself at the Lake of the Ozarks in style.
This Penthouse Condo does not have a boat slip available. If you need a boat slip, we suggest you check out The Doré Lux Penthouse 515 which has a similar set up, and the 14’x40’ boat slip is included there.
Both luxury pools are open Memorial Day weekend thru end of September. Sweet 503 is a Penthouse suite and located on the top floor. The parking lot is actually located on the 3rd floor level. There is an elevator between Building 1 & Building 2. You can also walk up 2 stories to the 5th floor by the stairs at the very end of Building 1.
No trailers are allowed on the property per condo association covenants.
You have access to the entire condo suite with a private and spacious deck overlooking the 19mm on the main channel and sunset views over the Grand Glaze Bridge. The condo does NOT have a dock slip. Guests will be able to enjoy both Topsider Condominium’s Luxury pools which are open from Memorial Day Weekend thru end of September and walk the lighted pathways at the lake front.
Topsider Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Osage Beach and where the iconic Topsider and The Clown began several decades ago. Enjoy the condominiums's resort style pool with no step entry into the water, lots of ounge chairs and tables around the pool, and gas firepits at night. Walk the lakefront with lighted pathways and take in the views of the lake. Next to the Grand Glaize Bridge, you will be close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants . By water Topsider Condominiums are off the 19 mile marker of the main channel and at the Grand Glaize Arm. Just minutes away from Osage Beach Public Beach 2 for lake swimming with a beach and a boat access ramp.
Getting around the Lake of the Ozark is best by car. Parking is first come first serve and you may park extra vehicles in the overflow lot. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know ahead of time, so we can make arrangements for you to safely park your boat trailer.
