About this cottage rental
This is a lovely house, The outside has a rose garden setting. The back yard is private and enclosed with a Pagoda, barbecue with table and chairs and nicely landscaped. It is spacious with skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom. The doorways are extra wide and there are no steps inside or outside. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting, but still close to downtown. Decor is Traditional. Also has a 1 car garage
The kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes and glassware, cutlery, pots and pans dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is a HOT water dispenser on the kitchen sink
To the whole house and garage, yard
I will give you my contact numbers when you book your stay. I have a lock box on the front door that has a front door key in the small compartment. There are instructions for everything inside along with the garage door opener
This property is a DUPLEX and both can be reserved for rent at the same time

We are located on the outside of the adult community of Horizon Village. Although not part of their HOA. It is a wonderful neighborhood to walk up to RCC college local hiking and absolutely beautiful
There is a bus stop on Hubbard close to house that goes by servicing the RCC College and then goes into downtown. But a car is recommended There are cab companies and Uber available as well
We put a lock box with a front door key in the small compartment. When it is closer to your check in time I will text you or if you prefer call you with a 4 digit code number. Once inside there will be a garage door opener on the kitchen counter you can park your vehicle in the garage. Please DO NOT PARK AT THE FRONT DOOR. There is un-restricted parking on Hubbard Lane if you prefer to park there or need additional parking. Trash pick up is on Thursdays and there will be limited street parking as the required spacing for containers is 5 feet. There are information sheets regarding the house and rules. Please take the time to read them, including internet password etc.

Best VRBO experience! Host was very communicative and answered questions right away. Due to some travel difficulties, host went above and beyond to try and assist us in our situation. Very helpful and kind. Cottage is perfect! Tucked away off the street and very welcoming. All the expected amenities and lots of kitchen/bath supplies. Lots of space for family gathering and games. Very clean and up to date. Beds are comfy and the closet and baths are nice and big. The decor is also very homey and the Christmas decor was a nice touch. Only 15 minutes from some amazing hikes/parks. Beautiful scenery(and of, course the river) to be found close by for lovely outings. Restaurants, antique stores and more in downtown, also just 15-20 away. Loved our stay and this host is fabulous.

Sheri was very helpful, great to have a garage even though it was hard to park the car, fully furnished with bathroom needs and kitchen needs.
