About this villa rental
Modern house (built in 2016) of 135 m2, at the end of a housing development, 4km from the beaches, 2.5km from the city center of Hossegor and 3km from the city center of Capbreton.
The house has air conditioning upstairs (where the bedrooms are located), a nice garden with lawn, a salt water swimming pool (heated), a trampoline, a large terrace, part of which is covered, a plancha, a carport for 2 cars and a small garage to store bikes, surfboards, beach equipment...
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 beds and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom with bath/shower, a small office area and separate toilets.
The first floor is composed of a kitchen semi-open to a large living / dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storeroom.
The housing development is very quiet, with little traffic. 2 cars can be parked under the "carport". A "parking lot at noon", in front of the automatic gate can park two cars. Finally, you can park along the fence also on the sidewalk.
We rent our house only occasionally, only 2 or 3 weeks in the summer and not every year. This explains the small number of reviews.
