About this villa rental
Contemporary villa very cozy, nestled in a beautiful garden shaded with trees, located in a privileged area, very popular between lake and sea, just steps from the white beach (200m lake) and the beaches of Hossegor (200m) the Gravel, The North and Central, and golf courses, Golf d'Hossegor 1.5 km from Seignosse and Golf 3 kms.
She Enjoys a beautiful area very well laid out, tastefully decorated, and a very nice heated pool (5X10).
It has a beautiful living space including a lounge, living room with south-facing kitchen overlooking the pool and garden.
You will find:
- DRC a master suite with a king size bed 200X200 and bathroom with spa bath, shower and toilet and a bedroom with a double bed 140X200 with a mezzanine office and bathroom, shower and toilet and a small bedroom child with bed 90X200.
- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 160x200 and the other with 2 beds 90X200 with a bathroom with separate toilet.
In the landscaped garden, a beautiful heated pool is surrounded by a large wooden sun terrace and 2 covered terraces sheltering outside the kitchen dining area, lounge and grilled appetizer and away the relaxing reading area (over 100m 2 terrace).
A small bathroom is available outside the villa for showering at the beach without going back to the villa.
A wooden staircase takes you in a shady corner of the garden where BBQ and dining area is located. The tide change you can hear the sound of waves.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is stunning and impeccably clean and tidy, with all appliances and amenities one needs. The garden is a dram and the pool is perfect. The beach and the city center are within walking distance, a very nice walk as the neighbourhood is just gorgeous. Our host Marie could not be nicer and we fully enjoyed her knowledgeable recommendations. I can’t wait to be back in the future. Thank you, Marie, for a wonderful stay.
