Immersed in the quiet of the town of Tuerra Teulada , this guest house is the perfect retreat for those who want a rejuvenating holiday surrounded by the scents of nature and the colors of Southern Sardinia. The property is set in a lush citrus grove, where lemon, loquat and orange trees create an authentic and relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere.
We are constantly working to offer you the best: from June 2026 our rooms will be presented with a renewed look, designer furniture and colors inspired by the Sardinian land.
We have four independent rooms , designed to offer maximum autonomy. Each accommodation is a small private world equipped with:
Monobloc kitchen equipped for your meals in freedom.
Full and functional private bathroom .
Air conditioning , TV and coffee maker for maximum relaxation.
Private outdoor area: Each room has an indoor and outdoor table with chairs and, in the crown, a dedicated barbecue for your outdoor barbecues under the stars of the citrus grove.

The location is ideal for those who love the sea but are looking for the peace of the countryside. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful Porto Tramatzu Beach , one of the pearls of the area with its fine sand and emerald waters. The strategic proximity will allow you to enjoy the best of the Teulada coast, returning every evening to the silence and freshness of your private garden.

An incorrect or overtime transfer may result in fines or additional costs charged to the guest.
Arrival, Security and Legal Compliance
Fast Check-in Procedure: Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a fast check-in link . It is mandatory to complete this online procedure before arrival to allow for proper bureaucratic management and to guarantee you quick and smooth access to the facility.
Short Rental Agreement: In accordance with current Italian legislation on short rentals (Legislative Decree 50/2017 and provisions of the Revenue Agency ), for all stays of less than 30 days it is mandatory to sign a written tourist rental agreement . Since this is a short stay, the contract is not subject to tax registration (exempt from registration and stamp duty), but the digital or paper signature of the document is an essential legal requirement to access the property.
Identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid identity document (through the fast check-in procedure before arrival) for the mandatory transmission of data to the Public Security authorities (Web Housing Portal of the State Police).
Security Deposit for Damages: To guarantee any damage to the property, to the furniture, to the equipment or for the loss of the keys, a credit card will be requested (prepaid cards or debit cards are not accepted) on which a temporary block will be made (pre-authorization). The amount is not a charge and will be automatically unlocked after check-out, following the verification of the condition of the apartment.
Unregistered guests: Strangers or people not included in the initial booking are not allowed to enter the property, unless authorized in advance.
