This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features two spacious decks, a large private dock, and plenty of room for family and friends to relax and reconnect. With updated flooring, fresh furnishings, and all the charm of a traditional lake cabin, Sand Bar Point is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy lake life.

Located on the peaceful backside of Hayden Lake, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy the beauty and slower pace of lake life. Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing on the large private dock soaking in the stunning waterfront surroundings.

Inside, guests will find recently updated flooring throughout the home along with many brand-new furnishings that create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen maintains its classic cabin character while being fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for groups of all sizes:

Upstairs primary bedroom featuring a king bed
Downstairs guest bedroom with a queen bed
Third bedroom with a queen bed plus a bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests

Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets from either of the home’s two spacious decks while taking in the peaceful lake views and fresh mountain air.

Please note: this home does not have air conditioning, which is common for many classic lake homes in North Idaho. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to let in a little bit of nature’s AC — the cool lake breeze usually does the trick perfectly.

A vehicle will be needed to get around the Hayden area. We recommend All Wheel Drive vehicles during the Fall and Winter.

This home is not pet-friendly.

This home is located on the northeast end of Hayden Lake. Cell service is limited.

Outdoor fires are restricted from Memorial Day through the end of October. We appreciate your help in protecting our beautiful lands and properties.

Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival.
