A terrific spot for a large group! It's hard to find a spot with this many bedrooms with queen/king mattresses, a pet-friendly policy, at least one ground floor bedroom for the old folks, and such a big conversation space. The perfect bullseye!

This a such a great place - we had 7 adults and there was plenty of room to sit around the great round kitchen table to eat, play games and chat. Having 4 bathrooms is super nice too. We all loved the layout of the house and we're already talking about coming back next year. The fall colors are stunning and the view of the countryside is beautiful! It would be nice to have extra seating in the large living area but other than that - it was GREAT!!

1-One of the twin beds broke when one of the kids who is a bit overweight went to bed
2-Could not use the showers upstairs cause there will be no water if someone was showering downstairs of using the washer
3-Lots of bugs, we actually could not use a room upstairs cause the room was full of bugs all the walls it was awful
4-The Kureg coffee maker did not work
Other then all that the house is in a great location and beautiful. Rapid response to messages was lacking.
I should get some kind of refund for this stay.
