The 60 m² semi-detached house, situated on an 890 m² lot, spans two floors. The property can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, or alternatively, a maximum of 3 adults). The property features a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a couch, an armchair, and a TV. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with a stove (4 burners), an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dining area with a table, wooden bench, and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a window. A bedroom with a double bed is located on the open loft. Another small bedroom with two single beds (stackable) and a closet is located on the first floor. The property includes a large green area with a patio and patio furniture, a barbecue, a swing, a sandbox, and a bike rack. A parking space is also included, as is free Wi-Fi (ask for the password upon arrival). The property is located at the Graal-Müritz campground and is right near the beach.

The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost entirely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest.Graal-Müritz offers various attractions, such as the 350-meter-long pier, the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church, and the Ribnitz raised bog. 

Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price; you may bring your own or book them as an optional extra. The visitor’s tax for your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over at the vacation rental agency’s office.
