Der Balkon nach hinten raus

Das Mobiliar (Couch und Stühle) waren aus Kunststoff und nicht sehr bequem. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine war vorhanden, aber keine Tabs bzw. nur noch eine leere Tüte. Es hätte insgesamt sauberer sein können. Es fehlt ein Deckenfluter o.ä. Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist nicht sehr wohnlich. Aufgrund einer Feierlichkeit in der Nachbarwohnung und den scheinbar dünnen Wänden war es sehr laut bis nach Mitternacht.
