The "Achterndiek II" vacation rental is located on the first floor, right behind the dike on a quiet cul-de-sac. It offers approximately 76 square meters of living space and is ideally located, as the picturesque Greetsiel harbor and the lively town center—with its many cafés and restaurants—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment features a bright living room equipped with a 43" Metz UHD LED TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi guest access via a fiber-optic connection. The dining area opens onto a spacious terrace furnished with matching furniture. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, stove, and range hood.
The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool days, while the sauna ensures relaxing moments. The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people and is also suitable for one dog upon prior notice. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet; one has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds of the same size. External blinds and insect screens are also provided.
The interior bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sauna. A small storage room contains a washing machine (5 kg), a clothes drying rack, and an ironing board. A bike shed with 230V outlets provides secure storage for your electric bikes. A parking space is also included with the apartment.
Prices for the vacation rental vary depending on the season and length of stay. The prices include all utilities such as heat, water, and electricity (charging electric cars is not permitted!). Upon request, bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee. Final cleaning is already included in the price.
