Vacation home for 4 guests with 60m² in Greetsiel (306050)

The charming "Spitzhus" vacation home in Nurdach offers 60 square meters of cozy accommodations for a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast. The house stands out for its unique architecture and its inviting, modern living area with a sofa and reading chair on the first floor. The gas fireplace in particular adds to the relaxed atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bright, naturally lit bathroom that offers everything you need for daily comfort. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—providing ample space for up to four people. Another highlight of this vacation home is the large, fenced-in garden with a wooden deck and awning, where you can fully enjoy the North German air. Of course, a reserved parking space is also included, as is a charging station for electric cars.
