With 80 square meters of living space, this lovingly designed vacation home is ideal for families or couples looking for cozy and modern accommodations. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept living area with a comfortable sofa arrangement and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also find a modern bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, as well as a convenient storage room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Another bathroom with natural light on this floor rounds out the home’s amenities and offers pleasant privacy for all guests. The terrace with a small garden—perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea—is part of your vacation home, along with a shared garden for the three adjacent vacation homes. A private parking space is, of course, also available.
