Welcome to The Little Lighthouse—your home base in the heart of historic Annapolis. Just steps from City Dock, this inviting three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home combines coastal décor, comfortable gathering spaces, and the convenience of garage parking for one small vehicle.
EXPLORE ANNAPOLIS ON FOOT
Start your morning with coffee downtown, browse the nearby shops, or stroll along the waterfront before choosing a restaurant for dinner. The United States Naval Academy is within walking distance, making the home a convenient choice for Academy visits, boat shows, and weekends exploring Annapolis.
With so much nearby, you can leave the car parked and enjoy the city at your own pace.
SPACE TO RELAX AND RECONNECT
After a day out, settle into the living room’s leather sectional, enjoy a movie, or gather around the dining table to share a meal. Wood floors, nautical touches, and a skylit upstairs landing give The Little Lighthouse its welcoming character.
The kitchen offers space to prepare meals, with a small breakfast nook for coffee or a quick bite before heading out. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
THREE BEDROOMS, TWO AND A HALF BATHS
All three bedrooms are on the second floor:
• Primary bedroom: King bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Second bedroom: Queen bed.
• Third bedroom: Two twin beds.
An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the other bedrooms, and a half bath adds convenience on the main level. The layout offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or friends traveling together.
GARAGE PARKING INCLUDED
Dedicated parking is a welcome bonus in downtown Annapolis. The home includes a small garage behind a gated entrance, with room for one vehicle up to the size of a small SUV. Space is limited, so please ask about fit before booking if you plan to bring a larger vehicle.
