The location is an easy and quick walk to The Naval Academy. The rooms are clean and well organized with plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Everything is updated! There are even TVs in every room. We felt very much at home while attending our son’s Induction Day at The Naval Academy! We will definitely stay again for future visits.

The location of the property was good. It was nicely decorated with naval related decor, appropriate for the Annapolis region.
The steps for the second floor were very narrow and steep. Typical of an old house. Not suitable for elderly people. There are no bathrooms on the first floor. That was difficult for my ninety year-old father and my sister had cerebral palsy. The walkway in front of the house was made out of brick pavers. Very appropriate for the neighborhood but very uneven because of tree roots and because of the age of the brick. It’s very tricky to walk on.
