Lazy Leopard Lounge is a cozy upstairs duplex located across the street from Oklahoma City University. Just minutes from Midtown, the Paseo Arts District, Uptown 23rd, and downtown OKC, you’ll be close to some of the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with king and queen memory foam mattresses and a fully equipped kitchen. The downstairs unit and garage apartment are occupied by quiet long-term tenants.

Perched in historic Gatewood Ave, overlooking Oklahoma City University and walking distance from the Paseo district, this home combines convenience, historic charm and modern elegance. Built in 1949, but newly remodeled with ceramic wood look tiles, granite countertops and new appliances to make you feel right at home.

Guests have access to the entire Lazy Leopard Lounge upstairs unit, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom, washer/dryer.
The unit has two private entrances (front and back) with a private staircases leading to the upstairs apartment. These entrances and stairs are not shared with other tenants.
The property is a duplex with a garage apartment behind it. The downstairs unit and garage apartment are occupied by quiet long-term tenants.
Please note that the driveway is for garage parking only. Please either park at the curb in front of the house or pull into the middle garage behind the house by using the driveway.
