About this cottage rental

South Birch Cottage is a year round, whole-house vacation home located in the lovely neighborhood of Oceanview. Convenient to great dining and shopping as well as all things adventurous!
Want a close proximity to nature? We are 10 minutes from Chugach State Park hiking trails, 2 minutes to Potter Marsh Boardwalk and just around the corner from Oceanview Park where you can stretch your legs and enjoy a sunset.
South Birch Cottage is a great base for all of your Alaskan adventures. You will find that we are not just any vacation stay. We are truly, YOUR vacation home and we welcome you to be our guest.
