This modern vacation rental is located not far from the ocean and the town center, on the first floor of a beautifully furnished house.
This apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate single beds, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet with a sink. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed designed to accommodate up to 2 children.
Behind the house is a stunning pool area with a 32 m² swimming pool that is 1.6 m deep. Right next to it, you’ll find a sauna, some exercise equipment, and a bar.
The apartment includes a private parking space, which is provided free of charge.
A walking path leads from the house to the town center and to the nearest beach, called Kastel. Although the house is located in a quieter area, the town center—with its restaurants, cafes, shops, sightseeing boats, and many other recreational options—is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The property is equipped with video surveillance and is completely fenced in. The entrance gate and apartment doors are operated by a modern card access system.
For special occasions such as birthdays or similar events, you can use the wine cellar for celebrations by arrangement with the landlord.
