The deluxe apartment was completed in March 2017. The inventory has been carefully selected and furnished in a modern style. It has a fully equipped kitchen with, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. The day can be ideally started in the dining area with a view of the sea. The bright, spacious living room has a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning for the hot days in Croatia. Furthermore, the deluxe apartment has a small but fine selection of books, most of which are bestsellers. Despite the great books, the deluxe apartment has WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, all lovingly furnished. The deluxe apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is integrated in the bedroom with air conditioning. Furthermore, it has a huge balcony, where you can end the evenings with a cozy seating area. The deluxe apartment has an outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge.
The deluxe apartment is located in a quiet area of Crikvenica, without hustle and bustle and at the same time near the center with beautiful beaches, shops and fresh food and a fish market, as well as restaurants with fine food, the aquarium, the nightlife, the boat harbor for day trips and other attractions, which guarantee an unforgettable holiday. Everything can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the deluxe apartment.

Lovely, spacious apartment. All of the bedrooms were a good size with really comfortable beds. Super kitchen with coffee maker and coffee is provided. The living area is comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to sit. Air conditioning works well and is available in the open plan living area and master bedroom.
There is a balcony running the length of the apartment and the pictures cannot do justice to how amazingly beautiful the view is. Every way you look is stunning and we spent many hours just sitting looking at the view.
The pool is small but more than adequate and it is kept really clean. Lili and family made us really welcome and they were very keen to make sure our stay was perfect.
The location is quiet as described and it is just a walk into Crikvenica, which is a lovely, little town. The property is situated at the top of the hill though hence the glorious view so it is quite a steep climb back up although it is not very far. There is room for parking outside the property if you would rather drive.
Really recommend this super apartment and thanks again to Lili and family for their hospitality.
