Designed for families and groups to truly settle in, this thoughtfully curated home brings together warm interiors, generous spaces, and all the comforts needed for an easy coastal escape.

Sleeping up to ten guests across five beautifully styled bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, the home balances sophistication with comfort. Master bedroom features a king bed, three bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fifth is perfect for children or additional guests with two single beds. Two bedrooms include private ensuites, creating a sense of retreat within the home.

The interiors embrace Byron’s laid-back elegance: airy, welcoming, and made for connection. Every detail has been considered, from quality linen and climate-controlled bedrooms to the seamless indoor outdoor flow that makes entertaining effortless.

Please note the Pool is not heated and the jets of the spa cannot be operated due to the location and impact on the neighbours. However, they are located on a beautiful, sunny deck and remain quite warm throughout much of the year.

There are fireplaces both inside and outside for the cooler evenings. We encourage guests to pick up some firewood from the local petrol station in town before settling in.
