Set just across the road from idyllic Clarke’s Beach – a year-round haven for swimming, snorkelling, and bodysurfing – the property blends the charm of a classic Australian beach house with Mediterranean-inspired design. Whitewashed interiors, natural stone, and timber details create a breezy, relaxed atmosphere that complements the home’s laid-back spirit.

Spread over two levels, the home accommodates up to twelve guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. Upstairs you’ll find:
A king master suite with sweeping views across the bay to Julian Rocks, a dreamy open bathroom, and private retreat feel.
A queen bedroom with its own bathroom.
A small bunk room (sleeps 2) perfect for kids.
Downstairs, the fun continues:
A huge bunk room that sleeps 6, flowing directly to the pool, games, and TV area – a lively hub for younger guests.
A quiet queen bedroom with courtyard views, perfect for those seeking peace and cool respite.
The upstairs living room, with its big, comfy sofa, opens onto the dining and kitchen area – a welcoming space for gathering together. The full-sized kitchen overlooks the bay and spills out to the first-floor balcony, where meals and laughter stretch into the sunset.

Open, breezy house with air conditioning if things are particulalry hot. It's perfectly positioned for convenient access to the beach, town and surf spots including The Pass so it caters for all preferences for a family or large group.

The view is awesome, location could not be better. We spent time here with 10 people (2 families), found a very well equipped kitchen and the balcony with the sea view which works almost like a bar was our favorite place .Landlord is very professional and everything is being handled very smooth and quick.Byron bay is a great place as well but that’s a different storyWe would definitely be happy to come back and spend more time at this great and highly recommended place

We enjoyed it very much. But the exhaust fan in the kitchen was disgusting. Dropping fat onto the cooktop.
