Spacious ground-floor apartment with a private entrance and a large wooden deck featuring a glass roof and morning sun. Hardwood floors in two rooms (freshly sanded and oiled in 2025), a 150-cm walk-in shower, and a separate, spacious kitchen. New: 2.70 m wide family bed.

The Müllerhaus is the spacious ground-floor apartment in the historic house on the Mühlenhof. The living room and master bedroom are separated by a solid sliding door. Both rooms have walls plastered with clay and plank flooring. The flooring was freshly sanded and treated with plant-based oil in 2025. The second bedroom is tiled and will feature a 270 x 200 cm family bed starting in spring 2026. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower approximately 1.50 m wide. There is also a hallway with a coat rack and a bar table. In front of the house, the apartment features a glass-covered wooden deck where you can enjoy the morning sun.

The Mühlenhof is located just outside the village of Grube. With 10,000 m² of space, it offers plenty of room for playing and exploring. In addition to natural play areas, there is a 120-cm bird’s nest swing with a swivel joint, a large slide, and various high-quality pedal-powered vehicles. The fireplace room and the fire pit in the garden may be used by guests by prior arrangement.
Miscellaneous

The price includes the costs for the apartment (rent, electricity, gas, water, and final cleaning). We offer guided horseback riding for children up to about 10 years old (with parents) as available at the riding arena (Waldhof). Once a week, we host a communal farm festival with a campfire, a shared buffet, and baking bread on a stick (Mühlenhof).
