Die Sauna war toll. Und das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet

Die Ausstattung der Küche Kötter schöner sein. Sehr viel verschiedenes Geschirr. Und wenig Teller. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht zum laufen bekommen. Hier wäre einen Anleitung schön. Auch die Heizung ließ sich schlecht steuern.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, top Lage,das Haus super schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht.

Il posto giusto per ricominciare

La casa è perfettamente come descritta in foto. Piccola, pulita e con la spiaggia veramente a due passi, sia per i bimbi che per il nostro cane. La villetta è immersa nel verde, quasi in zona di campagna, in un complesso di villette residenziali. Non ho potuto provare la sauna per problemi di salute, ma i miei figli e mio marito hanno gradito. Diciamo che è un plus. Dahme è una piccola perla. Un paesino piccolo ma veramente delizioso. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Il soppalco è un po' scomodo, perché veramente basso. I bambini hanno voluto dormire un po' sopra e un po giù, e quindi io e mio marito siamo stati costretti ad alternarci. E sopra puoi solo camminare in ginocchio.

vom eingezäunten Garten für den Hund, eine gemütliche Einrichtung, nahezu besser ausgestattete Küche als meine zu Hause, Gartenmöbel, fixe und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern via WhatsApp, TürCode für individuelle An- und Abreise, Gartenmöbel, SmartTV, Sauna (haben wir nicht geschafft zu nutzen) und ruhige Lage direkt hinterm Deich und fußläufig zum Strand … es war perfekt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alles, wir fühlen uns dort einfach nur wohl. Es ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Sauna ist ein Highlight. Die Ruhe dort und die Nähe zum Hundestrand. Toller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit und kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage in einer, zu unserer Reisezeit noch wenig bewohnten Ferienhaussiedlung direkt hinter dem Deich und außerhalb der Ortslage war für uns ideal, da wir die Ruhe genossen haben.

Die Beschreibung versprach zwei Schlafzimmer. Nicht zu erkennen warleider, dass es sich beim zweiten um eine bekriechbare Schlafgalerie handelt.

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Sauna war ein Highlight! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett!

Der erste äußere Eindruck war nicht so schön aber das machte die gemütliche Einrichtung wieder gut. Wir waren im März dort, alles noch sehr trist und der Garten im Winterschlaf. Die Ostsee aber sehr nah und schön wie immer.!

Keine Wünsche offen, Erholung pur

Hier sind keine Wünsche offen, bisher eins der schönsten kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Im Februar ist man hier fast alleine in der Umgebung. Kleine Ferienhaussiedlung neben Campingplatz direkt am Deich. Wirklich schönster Ostseestrand und alles nicht nur im und am Haus super sauber. Ideal mit Hund. Einkaufen ist etwas weiter weg, das sollte man wissen... Tolle große Sauna (mit 2 Personen kann man liegen ;-)) Herrliche Ruhe und Natur. Das Haus selber wird auf neustem Stand gehalten und gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht für einen kleinen Wellness-Urlaub zu zweit. Kommunikation perfekt, vielen Dank Felix... Hier möchte man wirklich nochmal hin...

Kurtaxe der Ostseecard ist ganz schön happig, 20 Euro 2 Personen für 5 Tage, darf man einkalkulieren

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Villa Sunshine kann zurecht als Wohlfühloase bezeichnet werden. Alles vorhanden, was einen entspannten Urlaub gewährleistet. Top Ausrüstung mit allen erdenklichen Haushaltsgeräten und für die ungemütlichen Zeiten im Herbst eine Sauna. Auch an sonstigem Zubehör wie Reinigungsmitteln ist alles vorhanden, sodass die Urlaubszeit nicht mit zeitraubenden Einkaufsgängen eingeschränkt werden muss. Für die Versorgung vor Ort gab es von den Vermietern gute Tipps. Die Einweisung in die Haustechnik erfolgt unkompliziert mittels telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme. Das Grundstück liegt in einer Gartenkolonie am Ende einiger Campingplätze. Wunderbar ruhig und optimal für lange Spaziergänge. Der weitläufige Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Top Bewertung auch durch unseren Hund für das gut gesicherte Grundstück (man durfte alleine draußen bleiben und in der Herbstsonne liegen) und den nahen (Hunde-)Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine echte Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch klasse mit Hund, alles umzäunt. Tolle Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig und direkt am Strand. Die Sauna herrlich. Super netter Vermieter. Hab schon wieder gebucht😊

Toller Aufenthalt, Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Super süßes Häusschen. Von außen ist es erst einmal nicht so ansprechend, innen aber mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wirklich zum wohlfühlen. Auch die Sauna haben wir einmal genutzt, sehr gut. Alles ist recht neu, bis auf das Badezimmer. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder haben auch auf dem Dachboden sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zur Ostsee (circa 300m) ist perfekt.

Hier ist nichts groß zu erwähnen.

Schönes, kleines Häuschen

Schönes kleines Häuschen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Für 2-4 Personen gut geeignet. Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sind in einem großen, gemütlichen Raum. Das Schlafzimmer ist in Ordnung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist dem Bad angeschlossen und groß genug für zwei bis drei Personen.

Die eine Bettdecke hatte einen Fleck. Dunstabzugshaube und Unterseite der Hàngeschränke waren nicht sauber. Das Bedienen der Haustür über die Tastatur klappte leider nicht. Aber nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter konnte uns dieser weiterhelfen. Wir mussten allerdings eine App herunterladen und waren dann zum Haustüröffnen auf das Smartphone angewiesen. Ausreichende Ladung war also auf jeden Fall notwendig.
