Cozy accommodation located footsteps from the beach

Amazing location, very close to the beach that is suitable for children and pets. The owners were also very enthusiastic, and any needs we had were immediately met. The room was clean and had a cozy home feeling to it. Highly recommended, and will definitely return next year.

Die Strandvilla war perfekt für uns und unseren Hund – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkomme

Die Strandvilla in Dahme war für uns und unseren Hund einfach perfekt – modern, gemütlich und mit einem tollen Weg bis zur Ostsee. Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht langweilig, mit einer schönen Promenade, kleinen Cafés und allem, was man so braucht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Hundestrände am Rand vom Ort – da konnte unser Vierbeiner richtig toben, und wir hatten trotzdem unsere Ruhe.

Wir fanden die Strandvilla sehr gut. Man ist in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und alle Lokale und Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Tolle Tage.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Meter zum Kaufmann und zur Promenade. Sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr leise. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in der Unterkunft.

In 3 Minuten am Strand und Bäcker und supermarkt um die Ecke.

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und absolut ausreichend für einen Strandurlaub, bei dem man eh mehr draußen ist. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben.

Wir hatten eigentlich eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Hatten dann aber ein Apartment im 1. Stock.

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Studio ideal für ein paar Tage an der Ostsee. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Gastgeber sehr flexibel. Alles lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Fazit: alles nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Gastgeberbildern. Für vier Tage wars ok.

Lage top. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand und in 30Sekunden am Supermarkt. Das Appartement hat eine stylische Einrichtung.

Leider dauert es bis zum Check-In lange (16:00 Uhr). Das war uns vorher bekannt. Bedauerlicherweise bekamen wir erst den falschen Code, was zur ersten Verspätung führte. Dann im Apartment angekommen, mussten wir feststellen, dass nicht geputzt war. Nasse Handtücher, kein Klopapier, kein Spüli, keine Bettwäsche für die angegebene Personenzahl. Die Kommunikation mit „Nora“ verlief nur über Whatsapp und es wurden auch die Namen usw. verwechselt. Ob Nora wirklich die Vermieterin ist, weiß ich nicht. Könnte auch die Buissinessnummer einer Apartment-Agentur sein und irgendwer antwortet sehr unpersönlich. Schließlich wurde ein ukrainischer Putztrupp geschickt, der nochmal alles reinigte (sehr gut und sehr nett) und wieder keine Bettwäsche dabei hatte. 2 Stunden verspätet konnten wir hinein. Mit Kindern schwierig.

Traurig über die Lieblosigkeit

Die Lage war sehr, sehr schön!!!

Das der Eingang und die Treppe immer verschmutzt war und deswegen Rutschgefahr, was uns mehrmals passiert war.Für einen Besen musste man runterlaufen so auch für einen Staubsauger.Toilettenpapier war gerade mal für 2 Tage da wenn man 12 Tage bleibt.Die Lampe war kaputt.Der Wasserhahn war lose. Spültaps lagen dort aber keine Spülmaschine.Fahrradstellplatz war die absolute Katastrophe, draußen auf einen heruntergekommenen Hinterhof. Geschirr und Besteck alles abgezählt. Es ist sehr schade, die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön und auch sauber aber irgendwie fehlte mir hier die Gemütlichkeit, die Wärme . Ein kleine Geste wäre nett gewesen, ich kenne es aus vielen Urlauben so. Oder nur ein Gästebuch oder sonstiges. Hier werden wir mit Sicherheit nicht mehr buchen.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Ebenso die Einrichtung. Die Fotos entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer zu erreichen.

Weniger als erwartet

Die Nähe zum Strand und zu Restaurants war prima. Ruhige Lage und ruhige Mit-Urlauber Gut heißes Wasser zum.Spülen und Duschen. Appartement (eigentlich eher Zimmer) war sauber soweit.

Es war selbst für eine Einzelperson sehr eng. Kaffee zu kochen war nahezu unmöglich, weil zwar der Wasserkocher funktionierte, aber die French-Press-Kanne defekt war. Es fehlten Teile, um alles fest miteinander zu verbinden. Nicht ein einziges Schneidbrett - nun gut, ist nicht überlebenswichtig. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief erst nach langer Zeit ab und stand daher gefühlt ewig im Becken. Und ein Mindestmaß an Toilettenpapier wäre auch nett gewesen, zumal ich mit Fahrrad auf Reisen war und eher wenig Platz für Rollen ist. Na ja. Aber der Fernseher war prima :)

Großartiges Wochenende in einer bezaubernden FeWo.

Grossartige Ausstattung, tolle Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr bequemes Bett, moderne und schicke Einrichtung, Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen neben an, wenige Minuten zum Strand - und vor allem super nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der lieben Vermieterin. Wir waren das erste mal in Dahmen, kommen definitiv wieder - aber nur diese FeWo kommt in Frage 🤩.
