Enjoy this cozy apartment located in a three-story building with just four other units and a pizzeria on the ground floor—perfect for treating yourself after a fun day at the beach. The location couldn’t be better: only between 15- 20 minutes approximately from the airport with easy access to the main avenues. Step inside and you’ll be charmed by the natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The family room is spacious and features three futons (two twins and one full), ideal for relaxing or sharing with friends and family. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed. The kitchen is practical and comes equipped with the essentials so you can prepare your own snacks or light meals. The bathroom is roomy and offers a large shower for extra comfort. Although this unit does not include parking, its central location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and much more. The building is equipped with a power generator that supplies both the common areas and the apartments, as well as a water cistern. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a pizzeria—perfect for when cravings hit or after returning from the beach hungry.
