The home features four king beds plus a full-size bunk bed, making it ideal for multi-family vacations, couples’ getaways, or extended stays. Every bedroom includes a TV for added comfort and entertainment.

The bright open-concept layout creates an inviting space to gather, featuring a spacious living area, large dining table, additional bar seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meals at home.

POOL HEAT INFORMATION:

Pool heat is recommended year-round at this property due to surrounding shade trees that can keep water temperatures cooler, even during summer months. Online bookings automatically include one week of pool heat. Reservations longer than one week will be adjusted accordingly by our staff.

PET POLICY:

This home is dog-friendly for one dog up to 25 pounds with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week and $50 per additional week booked. Certain breed restrictions apply. Please contact our office prior to booking for breed and weight approval.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.

2. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, this unit cannot exceed 6 occupants. This amount includes adults and children of all ages.

3. Per City of Holmes Beach ordinances, we are required to tell you the minimum stay requirement for this property is one week.
