Simple Beach Living Near the Beach

Summary:

Imagine a tiny beach shack sitting just a short walk from the waves. The house isn’t fancy, polished, or luxurious—it’s built purely for living the coastal dream.

Here at the Mullet Manor you can enjoy the simple things in life, the house is equipped with just your basic needs. Nothing less, nothing more.



The Space:

NEAR BY: Walking distance to multiple things including the beach (5-7 minutes), Breaker Sports (surf shop), golf cart rentals (Sun and Sea Rentals), the NEW Salty Pelican restaurant, 2 different food marts, laundry mat and much more.



Keep in mind this property does not have a washer, dryer, stove or dishwasher. However, it does have a toaster, microwave, and a tabletop skillet with pots and pans. The living room is the only room with a TV. Water hose available downstairs to rinse off after a day at the beach. Charcoal grill available (don't forget to pack your charcoal).



Guest Access:

This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!

Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell and yellow tint. We have never had issues with our water quality; however, we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
