The Space:

My place is perfect for a single traveler or a couple who are looking for a comfortable, intimate, beautifully-designed space to call home. Largely original 1940's Spanish-style apartment on the top floor, with a view of the porch and courtyard, and private entrance. ~550 square feet. Luxury queen bed, distinguished living/seating area. Original solid oak hardwood floors, south- and west-facing windows. Full kitchen with filtered water for hot tea or French press coffee, and filtered chilled water. Refrigerator, microwave, and gas range. 40”+ flat panel television, free and reliable wifi, central AC/heat, white noise machine, iron and ironing board, and basic cooking supplies.



Non-smoking. Up to 3 guests allowed. No pets. Please note that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10. This room is not ADA accessible.



Guest Access:

There is ample free parking on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The property observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns, or other thoughts!



Interaction with Guests:

I’m happy to be as interactive as you like. You can come and go as you please, there is a combination lock on the door and you will not need to exchange keys. Most guests get along just fine, but should you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out. That’s what I’m here for.
