We loved the house. The rooms were. very clean and the whole house smelled nice. We will definitely book again in the near future.

It was a great place to stay. Only thing was the bbq pit and backyard, very small and not a real pit. The house was beautiful and parking was great.

Kitchen had everything we needed, but didn't see a cutting board. The floor boards were a little warped and holey. Friday and Saturday night was loud for to the vicinity to the people coming and going from the clubs nearby at the strip. Beds were a little firm, but otherwise great homey feeling and great value for the money. It's close to good bars, restaurants and the river walk.

Here are some pros and cons of the property:Pros:- Location is very convenient to The Pearl, zoo, DooSeum, etc. - bedrooms are very spacious - host responded very quickly- dedicated parking spot - house is decorated cute with some updatesCons:- floors are very old and squeaky. You feel like you are going to break the floorboards with each step. - the blinds are very cheap and thin, with no curtains, so lots of light comes in - not all of the windows appeared to lock- lots of dust and dirt on windows/fans/decor
