In the mood for a vacation? Then welcome to our regularly updated Strandpark 33 Pool & Wellness House! With 195 m² of space (all on one level), everything here is designed for a wonderful vacation. For those who don’t want to go without the internet even on vacation, we offer Wi-Fi access as well as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video on the 55-inch UHD Smart TV, plus an Xbox One S gaming console with 10 games.
A spacious vacation home (built in 2008) in a quiet location near the beach (500 m) on approximately 1,000 m² of natural property with 3 private parking spaces and an 11 kW Mennekes charging station for electric cars right next to the house! Dogs are also welcome here!
The cozy, well-furnished house features 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious, bright living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining table for 10 people, and two high chairs. Young and old alike can enjoy the 15 m² indoor swimming pool with underwater lighting. A hot tub, Scandinavian sauna, and steam room are also available.

2026: A linens set including towels (1 large/2 small, 1 dish towel) per person is INCLUDED in the rental price.
Starting in 2027, a linens set including towels per person can be booked individually and is not included.
In addition to the rental price, a security deposit of 450.00 EUR must be transferred along with the final payment. We will send a separate email regarding this.
Electricity, gas, and water consumption are not included. The utility costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Water: 5.50 /m³
Youth group trips are only possible upon request and under certain conditions!
Price increase:
In the event of price increases for variable costs (e.g., the Grömitz municipal visitor’s tax), Homes by the Sea GmbH is entitled to increase the price for the corresponding costs borne by the renter.
None of the above entitles the renter to cancel the reservation.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this stylish and modern 7-room vacation home. The spacious living area with an integrated dining room invites you to spend time together and offers the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.
The vacation home features six comfortable bedrooms—three with cozy double beds and the other three with two single beds each—ideal for couples, families, or friends.
A real highlight is the private wellness area: Relax in the sauna, enjoy the hot tub, or swim a lap in your own pool.
For special moments of relaxation, enjoy the warm flickering flames of the fireplace in the evening or the spacious terrace during the day.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
