As soon as you arrive, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.
The living spaces are bright, comfortable and designed for moments of sharing, both indoors and outdoors.
The real asset of the place: the heated swimming pool from April to the end of October and covered, accessible whatever the weather for privileged moments of relaxation throughout the stay.
The terraces and garden invite you to enjoy outdoor dining, reading or simply enjoying the silence and beauty of the setting. The park is a haven of peace for playing, running,. relaxing.. The large kitchen and spacious dining room are ideal for convivial meals.
The house offers large living spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms.
In a few minutes walk (900 m), you reach the beaches of Locmiquel, Sept-Iles and the coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Bird watching, water sports, Baden golf, horse riding... a complete immersion between land and sea.
You will also find 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower) and 1 separate toilet upstairs.
Upstairs there is first a 2nd lounge area with a view of the park and a sofa bed (140 cm, then a bedroom with 2 double beds (160 cm and 140 cm), a bedroom with a new bed in 160 cm and a desk, a bedroom with a king size bed in 180 cm (2 mattresses of 90 cm adjoined) and a single bed of 90 cm, and finally a bedroom in the attic with mattress on the floor, ideal for children or teenagers (1 mattress of 140 cm and 2 x 90 cm).
The house is limited to 8 people in this configuration.
An ideal solution for a holiday in a quiet and unspoilt environment, close to the Gulf of Morbihan.
In very high season (about July 20th to August 23rd), an independent apartment located on the side of the house can be occupied by a couple. The configuration allows everyone to preserve their privacy (by using the terrace in front of the living room and not the one in front of the apartment), and the place remains perfectly suited to quiet stays, in a spirit of relaxation and respect for the natural setting.
This configuration is an excellent option for:
2 to 4 couples (with or without children)
a quiet weekend with friends
a nature + sea stay with friends, with space for everyone
