Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified in your reservation. Additional visitors are permitted only with prior approval.
Eco-friendly:
Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and using the designated bins.
Punctuality appreciated:
Please adhere to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times and notify us in a timely manner if there are any delays.
Careful Departure:
Please leave the apartment in good condition by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Open communication:
If something isn’t working properly or something breaks during your stay, please let us know. We understand that minor mishaps can happen.
Safety First:
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment—for your safety and to protect your belongings.
Security Deposit / Damage Protection
Before check-in, guests choose one of the following options:
• Security deposit: 99 € – pre-authorization on the card only, no charge; released after check-out provided no damage has occurred
• Damage Protection Instead of a Security Deposit: approx. 22 € for the first 3 nights + approx. 3.20 € per additional night (non-refundable)
