Después de haber tenido una muy mala experiencia con una reserva anterior a través de esta misma aplicación, encontrar este alojamiento fue un verdadero alivio. Pude reservar sin problemas, recibí una respuesta muy rápida y las instalaciones cumplieron muy bien con lo que había contratado. El lugar me pareció muy seguro, al igual que sus alrededores. Además, tiene fácil acceso al transporte público, lo cual fue excelente para recorrer la ciudad. Algo que también disfruté muchísimo fue la tranquilidad de la zona, ya que para mí eso es muy importante. El único detalle fue que la calefacción no funcionaba, y sí me hizo un poco de falta debido al clima. Sería bueno que lo revisaran para futuros huéspedes. Sin embargo, como estaba en modo turista y prácticamente solo llegaba a dormir, no afectó demasiado mi experiencia. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención y la amabilidad de todos. Como costarricense, vengo de un país donde valoramos muchísimo el trato cálido y amable, así que realmente aprecié cómo me recibieron. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo! I was able to book without any problems, received a quick response, and the facilities were exactly as described in the listing. The place felt very safe, and the surrounding area was safe and peaceful as well. It was also easy to get around using public transportation, which made exploring the city much more convenient. I especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, as that is something very important to me. The only issue was that the heating wasn't working, and I did miss having it because of the cold weather. It would be great if this could be checked for future guests.

El único detalle fue que la calefacción no funcionaba, y sí me hizo un poco de falta debido al clima. Sería bueno que lo revisaran para futuros huéspedes. Sin embargo, como estaba en modo turista y prácticamente solo llegaba a dormir, no afectó demasiado mi experiencia. / The only issue was that the heating wasn't working, and I did miss having it because of the cold weather. However, since I was in full tourist mode and literally only used the accommodation to sleep, it didn't affect my overall experience too much.

I very much appreciated contactless check-in. Metro station is close-by as well as shops. Street parking on weekend is free and it was pretty easy to find free spot right next to the property. The place was very cozy and clean, coffee tasted very good. Very quiet residential neighborhood. There's no TV, we didn't mind but some people might miss it, there were cool board games instead :).

first floor apartment was convenient

The apartment did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. Some public transport options were nearby, but the metro and most other connections were around a 10-minute walk away, which was less convenient with luggage. Overall, the location was not ideal for us. The photos on Booking.com were particularly misleading: they showed the “Leaf” apartment, while we were given the “Cloud” apartment, which was different from what we expected. Cleanliness of the floor and windows could have been better, and finding the bed linen and towels took some time. We would also have appreciated receiving the check-in instructions in advance, rather than having to request them late at night. The host was responsive and helped us, although there was some confusion with the access code. Overall, clearer information about the apartment and smoother arrival arrangements would have improved our experience. At this price, we expected better value for money.
