Located in Mijas, Costa del Sol, just 10 minutes from Marbella, this stylish 80 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, and coffee maker. Families have access to a cot, high chair, and children's pool.
Step out onto the terrace with stunning sea views, featuring glass curtains you can open or close—perfect for relaxing year-round. The communal area offers an outdoor pool open all year (depth from 90 cm to 210 cm), a children's pool with safety gate, sun loungers, and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience.
A communal parking space is included. The apartment is close to public transport and only 5 minutes by car from the beach. Events and parties are not permitted. Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated containers and do not leave it in common areas or at the entrance.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area of Riviera del Sol, just 3 km from the beach and near golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets, and all essential services. La Cala de Mijas, with basic amenities and a lovely promenade, is only 2 km away. Excellent connections to Marbella, La Cala de Mijas, and Fuengirola. Although the highway is 1 km away, double glazing ensures peace and quiet. Cleaning service available for an extra fee.
