Great for two families

The view was fantastic, the host was great to be in touch with and the place felt safe. The upstairs has kitchen, dining area, lounge and two bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom and one separate toilet. Downstairs there’s another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the exit to pool and dining outside.

It is necessary to have a car to take care of essentials such as buying groceries as the house is located fairly far away from services.

This breathtaking place boasts three gorgeous balconies with stunning views, a lovely pool and grill, and spacious bathrooms. Our group of six will have plenty of room to relax. The well-stocked kitchen and unique features in each bedroom make it ideal for a memorable group stay.

The only small improvement would be a few extra pillows in the rooms for those of us who are fussy about bed comfort.

the Villa was not detached, so experienced excessive noise from the neighbours. no mention that the Villa was semi-detached and visually could not see that it was attached. if we had known would not have rented. the noise from 6-30am was unexceptionable so have moved out.

Stunning views over the coastline to enjoy at this villa.

Great views from the villa and the pool deck. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The owner managed to clean up the pool and the terrace in short notice after Calima sand chaos. Quiet neighborhood.

No air ventilation in the bathrooms (need to open windows to get rid of the moisture after shower). The heat pump in the master bedroom malfunctioned and overheated the room regardless of the temperature setting used. No functioning pool heating is a minus in early April. Steep stairs from the front gate to the front door. Poor quality BBQ grill.

Superb view, good kitchen and nice outside sitting/ eating areas. Lounge area was comfortable, gym well equipped and beds comfy. Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

The property continues to be advertised as 3.5 bathrooms. As a party of three couples we were disappointed to discover this was only 2.5 and we therefore had to share. The decking area around the pool is a great feature. However, a number of boards are sunken/risen to a degree where they present a genuine hazard.
