Welcome to the seaside! Just beyond the dike, our light-filled, newly built vacation apartment awaits you. With its modern, high-quality amenities and plenty of comfort, it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to four people and features a cozy living area with a dining space, an open, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, nightstands, and spacious closets. Floor-to-ceiling windows with thick curtains allow you to adjust the lighting to your liking.

The living room and both bedrooms feature satellite TV with a wide selection of TV and radio channels. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking—dishes, silverware, glasses, and pots and pans.

A special highlight is the spacious bathroom with a private sauna, walk-in rain shower, and large corner bathtub, which offers soothing relaxation in every season. In addition, the large, furnished south/west-facing balcony invites you to linger. From here, you can enjoy the view of the Graft and the surrounding greenery, as well as—from the western corner of the balcony and the apartment’s side windows—a beautiful, side view of the sea stretching all the way to the islands of Wangerooge and Minsener Oog.

The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible via an elevator and equipped with underfloor heating. A private parking space and a small safe with a programmable code for your valuables are also available. During the season, you can also use a beach chair free of charge.

Please understand that, for safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park. We’d also like to point out that the vacation complex is still under construction, so there may be some visual or noise disturbances.
